DAY 01Arrive in İzmir

Meet your guide and settle in. Allow time to rest before an introduction to the historical setting of the Seven Churches.

DAY 02Smyrna & Pergamum

Begin with ancient Smyrna in modern İzmir, then continue to Bergama to explore the setting of Pergamum and its letter in Revelation.

DAY 03Thyatira & Sardis

Travel through Akhisar and Sart, considering the messages to Thyatira and Sardis alongside the surviving archaeological remains.

DAY 04Philadelphia & Laodicea

Continue to Alaşehir and the ancient site of Laodicea. Read the final two letters in the context of western Anatolia.

DAY 05Ephesus

Spend time among the streets and monuments of Ephesus, with space for reading, questions and reflection.

DAY 06Departure

Return transfers and any onward travel are arranged around the confirmed itinerary.

DAY 01Arrival & introduction

Arrive at the airport agreed in your itinerary. Meet your guide and begin with an introduction to Paul’s journeys in Asia Minor.

DAY 02Tarsus

Explore the setting of Paul’s home city and discuss his background. The sites included will depend on access and the agreed route.

DAY 03Travel toward Iconium

A travel day through Anatolia with stops and rest breaks agreed around your group’s pace.

DAY 04Iconium, Lystra & Derbe

Explore the region associated with Acts 14. Archaeological remains and access differ between sites; exact visits are confirmed during planning.

DAY 05Pisidian Antioch

Continue to the ancient city near Yalvaç and consider the account in Acts 13. This is distinct from Antioch on the Orontes, modern Antakya.

DAY 06Perga & the Mediterranean coast

Visit Perga and consider the coastal setting of the journeys described in Acts 13–14.

DAY 07Journey west

Travel toward the Aegean, with the day’s stops and overnight location tailored to the confirmed programme.

DAY 08Ephesus

Explore Ephesus and the setting of Paul’s ministry in Acts 19, with time for discussion and reflection.

DAY 09Departure

Onward connections and return transfers are confirmed with your final itinerary.
